1. The Denver Nuggets beat the Clippers 104-89 in Game 7 Tuesday night to advance to the Western Conference Finals to face the Lakers. The Clippers blew a 3-1 series lead.<\/p>\n

2. The Miami Heat beat the Boston Celtics 117-114 in overtime Tuesday night to take a 1-0 series lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.<\/p>\n

3. LSU Head Coach Ed Orgeron said that “most of his team has caught the coronavirus.”<\/p>\n

4. Tennessee kicker Stephen Gostkowski missed three field goals and an extra point before finally hitting a 25-yard field goal with 17 seconds left to give the Titans a 16-14 win over the Denver Broncos Monday night.<\/p>\n

MLB has announced that the World Series will be played entirely at the Texas Rangers new ballpark, Globe Life Park, in Arlington, Texas as part of a “bubble agreement” with the player’s association for the post season. 8. On this day in 1975 Pittsburgh Pirates second baseman Rennie Stennett became only the second player ever to go 7 for 7 in a nine inning MLB game in the Pirates 22-0 win over the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field.<\/p>\n

9. Also on this day in 1988 Cincinnati Reds pitcher Tom Browning threw a perfect game in a 1-0 win over the Dodgers at Riverfront Stadium.<\/p>\n
