Canning was traded to Braves for Jorge Soler.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yusei Kikuchi (LHP),<\/strong> 33: 9-10\/4.05<!--more--><br \/>\nSigned by the Angels to a 3-year\/$63 million deal. He went 9-10 last season with the Blue Jays and Astros. Broke in with Seattle in 2019. Won 11 games for Toronto in 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tyler Anderson (LHP),<\/strong> 34: 10-15\/3.81<br \/>\nThe most dependable starter in 2024 with 179 innings pitched\u2014most of his career. After making the All-Star team he struggled in the second half.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jose Foriano (RHP),<\/strong> 26: 6-7\/3.42<br \/>\nWent from the bullpen to the starting rotation, threw 113 innings, and looked tired down the stretch. Figures to improve with off-season to prepare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jack Kochanowicz (RHP),<\/strong> 24: 2-6\/3.99<br \/>\nMade 11 starts and finished rookie season in fine fashion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kyle Hendricks (RHP),<\/strong> 34: 4-12\/5.92<br \/>\nEleven year run with Cubs ended with a brutal 2024.<br \/>\nHe threw 130 innings, and figures to stick around to help some of the younger pitchers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reid Detmers (LHP),<\/strong> 25: 4-9\/6.70<br \/>\nHas talent to be a star, but since breaking in 2021 he\u2019s failed to put it together. There are moments of brilliance, but his 6.70 ERA tells you the brilliance doesn\u2019t last long. Must overcome inconsistency for a spot in the rotation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chase Silseth (RHP),<\/strong> 24: 0-1\/6.75<br \/>\nAfter a solid 2023, he came into 2024 with a lot of promise but struggled early. Developed an elbow issue that required surgery in August. Will battle Detmers for 5th spot in the rotation.<\/p>\n<p>(<strong>Note:<\/strong> On Sunday, 2\/23\/25, both Detmers and Silseth were hammered by Cleveland. Guardians 14, Angels 2.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sam Aldegheri (LHP),<\/strong> 23: 1-2\/4.85<br \/>\nBorn in Verona, Italy his time is not now. If it is now it will be because things are not going well in Anaheim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caden Dana (RHP),<\/strong> 21: 1-2\/9.58<br \/>\nGot a cup of coffee last September and got bounced around.
