By the time the dust had settled and the third quarter buzzer sounded Arcadia was up 67-15. Owen Edwards scored nine in the quarter and threw down a jam in the process and Nick Wallace Jr. and Butler each had six. The Apache defense never let Crescenta Valley breathe.

A running clock was in place in the fourth quarter. Things got a little chippy as each side was hit with technical fouls but order was quickly restored.

The Apaches had five players in double figures. Bulter led the team with 18 points and Owen Edwards had 15. Wallace scored 12, Ingersoll 11 and Noa Edwards 10.

Dylan Shaghoian led CV with 16 points but no other player was close to double figures.

With the victory Arcadia improved to 13-1 in the Pacific and secured a share of the league title with Pasadena. The Apaches finished the regular season 23-5 overall. Crescenta Valley finished 17-10 and 9-4 in the Pacific which is good for third place.

Both teams will now wait to see who their opponent will be in the CIF playoffs.

CV 04 05 06 10 25

A 14 22 31 07 74

By Tim Peterson (Arcadia) – Arcadia went on a 14-2 run to open the game and never looked back in a 74-25 rout of Crescenta Valley Tuesday night at Arcadia High.

[3

post-94433","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-high-school-sports
["GET
