By Joe Torosian Kick it! Los Angeles Rams HC Sean McVay getting a shoe deal—a head coach getting a shoe deal—gives me an idea.  Since we have print-on-demand, a shoe company could produce a sneaker on demand with any individual’s name and design on it. Now, that’s an idea waiting to pump or pop.
