By Tim Peterson (El Monte)-After a complete review of the Adelanto-Orange Vista brawl Friday night CIF has declared the game a double forfeit and confirmed that El Monte, by virtue of its 22-15 win over Jurupa Hills, is the Division 12 Champion.
