By George Hernandez (Hacienda Heights) – Diamond Ranch quarterback Mario Martinez Jr. hit six different receivers, threw three touchdowns and rushed for another in the Panthers 37-7 victory over the Conquerors Friday night at Los Altos.

By Alex Gonzalez West Covina: The West Covina ground game compiled 316 yards rushing and scored three touchdowns between running backs Drew Hall, Zach Requena, and Jason Chang Friday night, cruising to a 21-7 victory over South Hills, reclaiming the King of Cameron trophy at West Covina high school.

Monrovia Survives Sierra Vista

By Tim Peterson (Monrovia) – There were six lead changes, six turnovers and enough yellow flags keep your local laundromat busy for the next two weeks, and in the end Monrovia emerged with a 35-28 victory over Sierra Vista in a game that lasted three hours and 22 minutes.
