(West Covina) – Los Altos linemen Steven “Thor” Magallanes and David Jimenez both broke records in power clean and benching. Magallanes broke the power cleaning record with a weight of 330 and David Jimenez busted the benching record with 35 reps.

West Wins Down the 605
(Cerritos) – The West defense kept the East out of the endzone and shut them out completely in the second half and went on to win the 605 All-Star Game 12-3 Friday night at Cerritos College. The West All-Stars didn’t score themselves through the first three quarters but rallied for 12 in the final frame to secure the win.
