Los Altos Beats D-Bar; Hopes for Berth
(Hacienda Heights) – Los Altos racked up 38 points in the second half and went on to beat Diamond Bar 52-35 Thursday night to secure fourth place in the Hacienda League. The Conquerors, at 7-3 overall should be good enough to grab a playoff berth in the Southeast Division.
Nelson Carries Wilson to First win in Finale
(Hacienda Heights) – J.R. Nelson broke a school record for rushing yards in a game as he ran for 401 yards on 24 carries to lead Wilson to a 42-26 win over Baldwin Park Thursday night.
Bonita 47 Rowland 27
(Rowland Heights) – Reggie Turner rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns and Tanner Diebold threw a touchdown pass to lead Bonita to a 47-27 rout of Rowland Thursday night in Hacienda League action.
Wofford & Do Rush Titans Back Into Playoffs
(La Canada)- San Marino runinng back Kwame Do scored four touchdowns and quarterback Matt Wofford ran for a score wile directing the Titans to 37-13 victory over La Canada on Friday night.

(Alhambra) – The Moors bounced back from last week’s big loss to San Gabriel with a 27-24 win over Bell Gardens Thursday night in Almont League action.

By Alex Gonzalez (San Gabriel) – Andy Guerrero threw two touchdown passes and ran for another as San Gabriel beat Schurr 21-10 to win the Almont League title Thursday night at San Gabriel High School.

(Pasadena) – Temple City coasted to its first win of the year routing Blair 56-0 in Rio Hondo League play. Temple City finished 1-9 overall and 1-4 in league.
Alhambra’s Acuna Signs with San Jose State
(Alhambra) – Alhambra pitcher Gary Acuna signed a letter of intent with San Jose State Thursday in front of family, friends and Coach Steve Gewecke and staff at Alhambra High. Acuna, a southpaw, had a record of 7-2 in 2011 with 49 strikeouts and an ERA of 1.47.
