(Arcadia) – La Salle fell short on a comeback against Arcadia as they were defeated, 9-7. The Lady Apaches battled from behind twice against Lancer pitcher Allie Forillo to get the lead in the half of the fourth inning and never looked back in the upset win.

BREAKING NEWS: South Pasadena Names Rich Kitigawa Girls Basketball HC

(South Pasadena) – South Pasadena Assistant Coach Rich Kitigawa was named to replace exiting Head Coach Ralph Punaro.  Kitigawa has had stints at La Salle and most recently in 2008 at San Marino.  He was 25-29 with the Titans and led them to two playoff appearances.

McAlister Makes Big Moves at Arcadia Invitational

By Tony Solorzano (Arcadia) – Arcadia runner Catrina McAlister marked a personal best as she blew away the field to take the Women’s 3200 meter run in one of the featured events of the 43rd Arcadia Invitational Track and Field Meet Saturday at Salter Stadium.
