By Corey Kwok (Citrus College) – The annual “Clash for the Canyon” lived up to its billing as Azusa knocked off Gladstone 14-7 in a defensive battle Thursday night at Citrus College in Montview League action.

Braves Intercept Devils 33-12

(Pomona) – Baldwin Park intercepted two passes and returned them for touchdowns in the fourth quarter to cap a 33-12 win over Pomona Thursday night in Valle Vista League action.

(Glendale, Ca) – Crescenta Valley (5-2, 3-1) narrowly escaped with 21-14 victory against Muir (1-6, 1-3) in a crucial Pacific League battle on Thursday night.
