Argo Out at Arroyo – Updated

By Tim Peterson (El Monte) – Johnny Argo is out as the head football coach at Arroyo after one year. The school posted the need for a new head football coach under “Coaches Wanted” on the CIF Southern Section website Tuesday. Argo confirmed that he has resigned.

Apaches Fall Short to Serra

By Tim Peterson (Arcadia) – Arcadia played Serra even in three of the four quarters but were outscored by eight points in the second quarter and fell 63-55 Tuesday night in the CIF Division 3AA Quarter Finals.
