La Verne went on the road to face Division III top 25 team Willamette.   Road trips are not much fun when you get it handed to you 52-7.

I wonder if the Leopard players left room in their luggage for their backsides for the trip home?

The only local player to show up in the box score/stats was Cedric Ho (San Gabriel).  Ho had six catches for 90-yards and carried the ball one time for four.

La Verne starts the season 0-2.  The Leopards hit the road again this Saturday to take on Redlands.
