(La Mirada) Rashaad Penny scored five times, three on the ground and two through the air as the Norwalk Lancers took care of business and West Covina in a 42-27 win Friday night in the first round of the South East Division Playoffs.
Penny, who had already scored 34 times coming in to the game has become a regular highlight machine on Roggin’s Heroes. Tonight was no different as Penny seemed to be on a different level as even with a banged up knee and a defense keying on him, still managed 184-yards rushing and 164 receiving.

*** On the ensuing drive, the Lancers only needed one play to get back in the lead on a 62-yard blast from who else…Penny.
*** Two more scores by Penny and a one yard plunge by Carr capped a streak of 28 unanswered points by Norwalk.
*** The Bulldogs final score of the night and the 2013 season came on an 11-yard run by Jones.
