Mid Valley Division Top Ten: 09/16/2015

The top four teams remain where they were getting expected wins with the exception of Bell Gardens who beat favored Norwalk. Paraclete took a bit of a fall but we’ll see just how much of a toll the schedule is taking. San Dimas lost a close one to Diamond Bar but was is of note is the mere seven points they scored. This week’s schedule looks to change things very little at thet top.

1. Sierra Canyon (3-0 0-0) – Christian Hernandez leads a stingy Trailblazer defense giving up just over 16 points per game.
2. Bell Gardens (3-0, -0) – Big win over Norwalk has the rest of the Mid Valley division taking notice.
3. Montebello (3-0, 0-0) – The Oilers struggled early against Arroyo but found a way to win.
4. Northview (2-1, 0-0) – The Viking’s cruise to the win against Baldwin Park to keep the top four intact.
5. Covina (1-1, 0-0) – Heartbreaking loss to Claremont but Paraclete’s third loss is the Colts gain.
6. Pomona (2-1, 0-0) – Battled with Cal to the finish and came out on top.
7. Paraclete (0-3, 0-0) – Will the Spirits brutal schedule get them ready for league play and post season or take its toll?
8. San Dimas (1-1, 0-0) – Tough loss to Diamond Bar put a little bit of a kink in the Saints style.
9. Viewpoint (2-1, 0-0) – The Patriots get back into the win column but can’t get too excited with a win over Campbell Hall.
10. Arroyo (1-2, 0-0) – The Knights were competitive and had the first half lead against unbeaten Montebello.
