(Baldwin Park)- Drew Knight completed 12 of 20 for 312 yards and four touchdowns to lead Baldwin Park to a 48-6 rout of Nogales Friday night in Zero Week.
Nogales threatened early but a fumble by Senior running back Ivan Ordaz set the table for an offensive show case by the Braves. Cesar Garcia threw 3 interceptions and lost the ball due to intense pressure from the Braves defense.
Despite poor play by the offensive line, Jeremiah Serrano was able to pick up chunks of yards for the Nobles on the ground early.
Tec Nunez was on the receiving end of several of Knight’s throws and scored a rushing touchdown as well. The stingy Braves defense allowed just six points with five total takeaways – two fumbles and three interceptions.
Up next for Baldwin Park is South El Monte on the road. Nogales has a home game against the Bassett Olympians.
To “@RV”: The questions you directed to me are nonsensical. South El Monte and Baldwin Park both played during Zero Week, which included all the games played on Friday night, and both teams won decisive victories.
You just observed real journalism; there was nothing fake there.
How were both teams coming off “big zero week victories” since Friday was zero week. Has every news site commentary turned into Fox News?
Drew Knight plays quarterback for Baldwin Park; that much was mentioned in the lead sentence. Sadly, I didn’t watch that game, so I can’t tell you whether he passed or ran more.
Baldwin Park vs. South El Monte at “The Swamp” should be an important early test, since both teams are coming off big Zero Week victories.
You come on a blog to complain about a title .Read the article you can piece things together if you understand football example threw which means probably QB .Hauled in maybe a catch lol.I hope your a family member just looking for stats to be posted .(Dork)

“Knight Led Braves Rout Nogales” then nothing specific about what he did or even what position he plays.
