  1. The Boston Celtics swept the Brooklyn Nets 4-0 in their first round Eastern Conference Playoff series. 
  2. The Miami Heat beat the Atlanta Hawks 97-94 Tuesday night to win their first round Eastern Conference Playoff series 4-1.
  3. Former Villanova head basketball coach Jay Wright said he would consider a possible move to the NBA. 
  4. Former Norwalk/ current NFL running back Elijahaa Penny will call plays for his former high school coach Jesse Ceniceros in the North-South High School All-Star game May 13th at Sierra Vista High School. Ceniceros will coach the South. 
  5. The Memphis Grizzlies beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 111-109 Tuesday night to take a 3-2 lead in their first round Western Conference playoff series. 
  6. Atlanta Braves outfielder Eddie Rosario is expected to be out 8-12 weeks to correct vision issues.

    Plashke in his LA Times column called Mater Dei football no better than a gang of thugs preying (Not Praying) on the weak among them. Favorite targets are strong women, 3rd string football players and people that speak the truth. The favorite answer of HC Rollinson when questioned about his ethics is “I don’t have time for this S….Favorite answer from Mater Dei clerics “Were looking into it”.
