I don’t know why Bechtel reached out to Amat because the archdiocese is the entity that said they can’t play anymore after both teams proved they couldn’t behave themselves, ESPECIALLY the adults at Damien.
I hate it when people build these super power rosters and then make themselves out to be a victim. No one wants to play us? What I have seen as to why local schools don’t play recruiter schools is because they don’t want to expose their players to the poachers. Makes all the sense in the world to me.
Celebrating middle school flag football success ????????
Have to go to OC to find games
Damien head coach Bechtel is complaining no one local will schedule them suggesting local schools are afraid. The divide between the haves and the have nots in high school sports keep getting wider. Why sould a good D9 team that plays in the SGV play a D2 team that is loaded with big athletic transfers and scholarship players. Let them bang heads 3 times a year with Amat, Rancho Cucamonga and Corona Centennial. Schools that are just like they are, football factories where HC’s don’t coach but sit and make robo-calls all over the country lining up players. Screwem!
Congrats coach!
Let’s give credit to Ty Lue for rearranging the starting lineup to fit the Harden era in Los Angeles. Let’s also understand that the health of Kawhi Leonard is the key to keeping this success on track.
