If memory serves, Sac State went 7-35 last year, so Bibby can only make an improvement. I like the fact that Mike played for the Kings, which makes him an area favorite, which can only help to sell tickets. The problem with college hoops, no matter the division, is the retention of star players for longer than one year. Hopefully, Sac State won’t need top-level guys, so this bodes well for Bibby’s new situation as well. I’m a big fan of the Bibby family, starting with Henry, who had his problems with son Mike, but hopefully, that’s water under the bridge.
