Stung by the Stangs Before Muir had even run an offensive play Friday night the Mustangs were up 14-0. A kick off return here, a pick six there and a minute and twelve seconds into the game Arcadia was down two touchdowns. It technically it wasn’t over but then again everybody knew it was.

As I walked off the field at Diamond Bar High School Friday night there was sense of emptiness inside. I felt an incredible void. It was unfinished business, a sense of a task started but not completed.

I saw the La Puente Warriors in the summer, and I liked them then. I like them even better now. They have a quarterback in Jacob Tovar and a couple of running backs in Jovanni Gonzalez and Cezar Espinoza. You need a receiver? How about Jose Ochoa?
The Peterson Principle 9/2/13
Before Friday nights game with Los Altos Arroyo head coach Jim Singiser was worried about the physicality of the Conquerors.

It’s finally here. The 2013 football season kicks off this week with games Thursday and Friday night. And it kicks off with a bang.
