Ayala Alloway Against Bearcats

By Alex Gonzalez Chino Hills – The Ayala Bulldogs’ defense forced five turnovers in their 35-14 win Friday night against visiting Bonita. Bryan Wilson and Dominic Alloway led the way on offense by combining for three scores in their final home Mountain West league game at Ayala High school.

Burbank 48 Crescenta Valley 25-FINAL

Burbank routed Crescenta Valley 48-25 Friday night in Pacific League action at Glendale High School. The Bulldogs improved to 2-2 in the Pacific and 3-6 overall. The Falcons dropped to 1-3 and 2-6. Photographer Doug Brown captured all of the action. Here’s a few shots:

Loyola Wins “Kick-Off” Battle, 6-3

San Gabriel Scores 28-17 Win Over Alhambra

By Ron Vrooman (San Gabriel) – Tailback Robert Lucero carried the ball 30 times for 186 yards and three touchdowns to lead the San Gabriel Matadors to a 28-17 victory over the visiting Alhambra Moors on Friday night.
