By Duane Barker (Baldwin Park) Drew Knight threw four touchdown strikes Friday night to lead the Baldwin Park Braves to a 43-27 victory over the Rowland Raiders at Baldwin Park High School.

Spartans Thwart Moors’ Upset Bid, 42-22; Maintain Share of Almont League Lead

By Ron Vrooman (Montebello) – It looked like an upset was in the making on Friday night, when the visiting Alhambra Moors capitalized on mistakes by the Schurr Spartans to build a 16-0 lead in the second quarter. But instead Schurr regained control and rallied to beat Alhambra 42-22 in Almont League action.

Bulldogs are Kings of Cameron

By Tim Peterson (Covina) – West Covina’s defense pitched a shutout and the offense did the rest in a 26-0 win over South Hills Saturday night at Covina District Field. With the rivalry victory the Bulldogs can proclaim the title of the Kings of Cameron for 2021.
