Season comes to a close with the final poll in 2011 for softball. Congratulations to the Lady Knights for being the top team this year for the Mid’s original 12 teams. Good Luck to all that head to postseason.

High School Baseball Area Top 25

Arcadia is the hottest team heading into post season and is looking for redemption from previous playoff woes. Bonita, Bishop Amat and South Hills also should have strong playoff runs.

Baldwin Park and Walnut under the Lights…in May

(Baldwin Park) – Baldwin Park and Walnut squared off Friday night in a passing competition. But it wasn’t your typical passing competition. It was 11 on 11 instead of the traditional 7 on 7 and it was under the Friday night lights at Baldwin Park High.

Third Straight Pacific League Title for Arcadia

(Arcadia) – For the third consecutive season Arcadia was crowned champs of the Pacific League with an impressive 8-1 win over Crescenta Valley.
