2. Dustin Penner leaves the Kings to sign a one-year $2 million deal to rejoin the Ducks. Penner has won a Stanley Cup with both teams.

3. Former Arroyo assistant coach Louie Zamora is joining Nogales’ staff as an assistant.

4. Antonio “Noodles” Hull’s appeal bid has been denied by CIF. Hull, who transferred from West Covina to Diamond Bar in February won’t be eligible to play until November 16- a week after the regular season finale.
