League a 4-1 preseason makes them 5-5 and playoff eligible D14 material, that’s all I’m saying
And a good preseason might donenough for moral to win another MVL game or two
MV is going 1-4 in league. They’re MV football until they prove otherwise.
? Predicting MV playoff bound? HMMMM? 4 times in 51 years (number years is close) and suddenly begin going 3 and 2 in league? Happened only once since 1988, and finished 3rd four straight years = 87 through 90. But don’t get me wrong I hope MV greatly improves, but improvement within football program involves Administrators who care about athletes and go out there and hire better
Yes a good record is entirely possible with three teams that went winless last year and another school that is shrinking and closing soon

Don’t feel bad EM. My senior year we were so bad we played 7 homecoming games . 5 road games, our own homecoming and one other school had their homeconing at our stadium because they did not have a field .
Went the whole year thinking halftime was 25 minutes
El Monte is everybody’s homecoming game. I know El Monte is bad but are they that bad? Sierra Vista’s homecoming game is vs El Monte. I know they got a new staff that started late and that is a big factor.
They could go into league at 5-0 but I’ll probably be 2-3. They could go 7-3 with the right coaching.
