  1. Top quarterback recruit Dylan Raiola is switching his college commitment to Nebraska from Georgia. Raiola is the number eight ranked recruit overall in ESPN’s rankings. 
  2. USC linebacker Tackett Curtis is entering the transfer portal.
  3. Former UCLA quarterback Dante Moore has committed to Oregon. 
  4. Arcadia basketball is hosting an MLK showcase on Saturday January 13 featuring nine games (Boys and Girls) from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. 
  5. Mississippi has agreed to a contract extension with head football coach Lane Kiffin. 
  6. The Seattle Seahawks rallied to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 20-17. The Eagles (10-4) have lost three straight. 
  7. Former NFL running back Derrick Ward, who played on the New York Giants 2008 Super Bowl winning team, has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of robbery. 
  8. New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has been recovering from Achilles surgery, said Tuesday that he won’t return this season. 
  9. Cal State Northridge stunned UCLA 76-72 Tuesday night at Pauley Pavilion. The Bruins home winning streak was snapped at 29.
