@Logic……I think it’s more of who in their right mind would want to play them in preseason. What’s the point ? Get beat up , lose and see your power rating improve due to strength of schedule/ go to tougher division for your troubles …
The Trinity schools are so far ahead of anybody else in SoCal that, in order to prepare for competition in the nation’s toughest league, they HAVE to look outside the state for clubs that can help them sharpen their sword. It might be argued that the Corona Centennial meeting will help in that regard, but remember those Huskies are the guys who got clobbered by Santa Margarita in last year’s CIFSS title game. There’s a new sheriff in town for the Trinity, and his name is Carson Palmer.
