LS played Damien, Pasadena, Tesoro, & Warren last year. The only difference is replacing Culver City with a very good Los Alamitos team.

Let’s not pretend like this is something new for LS. They have been playing tough non league schedules since at least 2008 when Beltran took over.

Word is La Serna tried to get
Concord De La Salle for their last non league game but the Spartans couldn’t swing it.

    LS FB Motto is obviously
    “Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere”

Other schools could benefit a lot if they took the same schedule tough mentality as this great LS program.

Looks like they got one spot left. Yorba Linda would be a great local match up.

Nobody else wants to play them anymore . That’s what happens . No more Mira Costa ? There should be one more non-league contest. That was good cross areas rivalry

This is the evolution of high school football and the ever widening gulf between the haves and have nots

Those who may not know of Mike Leach’s accomplishments should be informed that his ‘air raid’ offense inspired the thinking of Arizona Cardinals coach Cliff Kingsbury and USC coach Lincoln Riley. The man lives on in the exploits of these two leaders, and certainly in the hearts of family and friends.

La Serna non league football schedule 2023: Los Alamitos, Tesoro, Warren, Damien, Pasadena. Don’t be complaining about injuries when you are playing teams bigger and faster than you week after week. La Serna going the La Mirada, La Habra route. Too banged up come playoff time. However this may get them to D6 or D7 which I’am guessing they are gunning for with this schedule.
