If an all star game happens in the middle of the forest (Gabrielino ) , and nobody notices the players the game , did it really happen?
All these bowl games in the middle of winter sport playoffs are terrible for High school sports. Schools should not be giving their student-athletes gear or allowing them to represent in school uniform for any of them. Hold them in May before kids graduate and after winter and spring sports are done.

Who gets the gate money? Wright is the last name of the Gab coach. Is he pocketing the gate or does it go to the school? What is Wright Consulting providing in order to be a sponsor? For these events, each school lets their player use school pads, uniform and helmet. And they are using Gab football facility. Seems a bit fishy.
I think this game is for D14 players.

Just a cursory check of this Wright-Family Consulting Group is a little odd. Small outfit 2 employees, average revenue $10,0000 a year, business is consulting folks seeking in home care I think. So how is this tiny firm where a burger flipper earns more than 3 times the revenue of this LLC so involved in staging this event.? Just wondering especially for the families traveling from SD area. From the looks of it this consulting firm can’t afford the gas money from San Diego.

These all star games sprouting up like mushrooms on the spring lawn. They need to do something establish credibility, and having rosters, coaches , sponsors clearly identified would help!
