Spartans Look Into Future with Win

(El Monte) – Two teams heading in different directions met at Arroyo High School on Tuesday afternoon as La Canada won its fifth straight game to open the young season as they defeated the Knights 11-5 in a non-league game that featured teams from last year’s Division 5 semi-finals.

(West Covina) – In a dramatic edge of your seat finish, Schurr pulled off a shocker over South Hills in the opening round of the Charger Classic at Big League Dreams, 4-3.

Spartans Hold Off Saints for SD Tourney Title

(San Dimas) –  San Dimas Tournament M.V.P Lauren Cox shutdown the vaunted Saints offense for five innings and La Canada’s offense received timely hitting from its three through seven batters in the fourth inning to take the Saints Tourney, 3-2.

Thompson’s 4 RBI’s Leads Spartans Past Braves

  (San Dimas) – La Canada’s Aubri Thompson came up with four runs batted in during back-to-back innings to help the Spartans explode for seven runs during the second and third inning to help dispatch Alta Loma 10-0 in a time shortened victory during the San Dimas Tournament.
