Damien continues to win and continues to remain in the top spot. Downey scored 69 points and still barely survived. Charter Oak, Bonita and Northview all just keep on rolling. Rio Hondo Prep has scored 176 points in three games- video game numbers. Covina jumps in with a big win over Diamond Ranch.

Oilers Start Slow, Hang on for Victory

(South El Monte) The Montebello Oilers and the South El Monte Eagles brought their equal 1-1 records to “The Swamp” Friday night on the campus of South El Monte High School. The Oilers managed to slide by the Eagles and get a 13-6 win and improve to 2-1.
