Could be the most accurate statement I’ve ever read in my life.
Stop crying and coach your kids or sell your program and get transfers
It’s week 6 everyone is hurting
And you keep calling the other athlete Bobadilla. You know his name. It’s your way of acting like you’re not affiliated at either program but tú sabes!!!
There are a few “Anonymous” on here but you my friend, are very articulate. You are to be applauded for that. But it appears LS and the Long Family live in your head day & night. And for that matter, so does the kid who left LS, to go to Alemany, then to go to Cathedral to end up back at LS mid season. All done legally within the rules set by CIF. (By the way, I’m not a fan of it. I think it’s unfortunate parents feel the need to bounce around “to make their kids happy”).
I’m starting to wonder if you’re actually not an El Rancho guy but rather a LS parent and your kid isn’t getting the playing time you were hoping for and you’re on here stirring the pot because this is it for you. Either way, I hope whoever you are affiliated with goes deep into the playoffs and you can proudly be a parent and a fan of the team you’re cheering for.
This is like a long distant, pen pal type of relationship that is going on here. It’s been very entertaining for me. It’s also been difficult to keep from correcting your grammatical errors but that’s okay, I’ll serve as a therapist for you. Let your fingers type away. Free yourself of the frustrations of being a high school parent. I’m hearing from this younger generation that therapy is good. It promotes healing. Type away!!!
ER is battling a lot of injuries to key guys, but take no credit away from Cal they outplayed, outmanned, out hit ER and deserved every ounce of that victory.
I’m sure Bobabilla may end up at
El Rancho at some time. The Long kid has been predetermined to be LS quarterback for next year and beyond. That’s how it works at LS. No way a Long brother is going to be a backup. Even if other player is better. It’s happened a few year back. Now even that player is trying to save LS season from mediocre QB play. New transfers will come in next year. A Long brother will save and restore the whiteness to “Friendly Hills”. Exactly what WUHSD wants. The clean cut
“Courage, Character, & Commitment “
fakeness that LS dishes out!
@TheRanch18
“Oh they beat all our back ups”
Lmao are you crying while reading all these post? Bet!
You are absolute clueless, but I’ll go ahead and put the ball in your court. Who could replace this staff and do a better job? What kind of offense and defense should we be running? Let me guess you’re one of the usuals who thinks you could do a better job because you coach tight ends at the youth level?
The elephant in the room at El Rancho is the QB situation. Medrano didn’t get his qb of the future and now has a kid whose dad wants to scream obscenities from the stands while his son throws his helmet. Truth is that Medrano thought he was gonna have a qb for 4 years but was blindsided when the kid went to LS and now has a guy who isn’t in the Medrano type of mold. Hard for him to be when daddy is in the kids ear.
This is a daily reminder how clueless Rancho18 knows about football. You sound like Biden’s press secretary. As everyone knows ER wins are vs soft teams. All negative ratings. ER is the new pioneer, join the 605 league asap.
It’s safe to say ER needs new coaching. Writing on the walls. It’s been going down every year. Time for some change. Any decent player will play ball at Amat or Paul’s. Head coach has got to go!
I guess that depends on your definition of “fine” @Ranch18. BP has lost more games this year than the last 3 years combined. BP has had more injuries this year than the last 3 combined. BP is ranked lower on Calpreps than anytime in the past 3 years. Which means “if” BP wins league against teams with a lot less talent, they’ll make the playoffs in a division that’s lower than they’ve ever been in and don’t belong in. They’ll probably win CIF too. I guess in today’s game that’s fine for a lot of coaches. Having a ring on their finger so they can lie to more kids about what a great coach they are is priority #1. These coaches have no clue how to develop athletes, develop programs, or even run a football practice. It’s pathetic.
As football at ER falls apart, fans can cling to the promise of great swimming meets at the school’s planned multi-million-dollar aquatic center. Like the upcoming football field, the water will be blue.
They should go after Ibis, Encinas, or Chuck.
@TheRanch18
You were saying? Lol let’s hear it big guy, did the whole team get injured prior to the game or what?
That’s exactly my point. Why score over 29 to inflate your ego? Make you feel good inside. I see why you would do it. You don’t think rio hondo prep could be blowing everyone out on their schedule by 60. They have class and they also have a ton of cif rings. They know what they are doing. I don’t hear you calling them out for scheduling El Monte. It’s chess not checkers.
I know – they have Calvin, Wirth and Lacy to go with a few linemen. Those are guys that got coached and became someone under Aguilar now they’re out there just playing jungle ball with no coaching.
Hey TheRanch18 what do I know? Hahaha
The outlook has gone from promising to rebuilding in a matter of weeks. ER needs to regroup, has to bounce back vs Whittier and keep fighting. Anyone calling for our coach to get fired is a moron, look at your kids first especially that qb, he smiles a little too much for my liking.
Let’s go Cal. Rancho 18 crying his sorry team lost. Let’s hear what excuse he has.
Good god El Rancho is a dumpster fire. Exposed. Fire the head coach. How do you lose to Cal. What a joke.
Lol my kid graduated already. We had our day in the sun. This is a new team and new coach. I look forward to seeing if Coach Kevin coaches somewhere again. I’ll root for them.
Maybe, you already have the Whittier/santa fe springs/la mirada/la habra, La puente, Fontana all star team. What good could some loyal kids from Pico Rivera do for you?
Na they graduated a lot of kids from that team and had a few key ones transfer out. I’m not the biggest Maxie fan, but he is going to keep loading that team up and they are going to be a problem
@TheRanch18
Careful, Maxie might steal some of your kids from THE RANCH… just kidding, there is no one worth stealing.
What happened to week sg is the better question db nwo?
Pretty much all teams in D 1,2 and 3 get in the playoffs. It is those in D 4,5 and 6 may struggle. Teams like St Paul, La Mirada, Bonita, Glendora. They are in tough leagues. La Serna no problem, they cakewalk this season into a plum D6 spot.
Hopefully AUSD sees its time for a change at Alhambra I been saying for years coach Eric did a good job at getting us out of the mess that was made after Lou torres was pushed out the door. But it’s time for a new voice if you look at how fast SG has rebuilt because of the focus coach Kevin had on the lower levels and development that’s the model to follow but coach Eric hasn’t done that
@ The Watcher
make you WATCH us beat CAL tonight! lol…. trying not to be biased but I think Cal vs SF is going to be a better game than any other in league.
Ls – well we know they already sold there soul for a league patch & first round exit. LOL
ER – Best team in the league but you cant beat someone who made a deal with the devil.
SF-CAL – Whittier – similar teams… have good coaches… can try and scheme the best of them but they need more horses…. or just figure out how to keep your horses in your stable.
That’s not fine . That’s being in a crummy league with all weak teams
Didn’t he inherit a semi final team with multiple returners? He just needed to coach up instead of loading up they had guys. He might be one and done at BP.
Baldwin Park is fine. WC is a solid team, well coached.
once they hit league…. they will get automatic playoff bid and take off in playoffs watch.
Next season your going to see a COMPLETELY diff team.. we know maxie is going to LOAD UP
I think Alhambra coaches are finally seeing they aren’t better than anyone else and now sitting out games. They’ve been total dbs for years. What’s going on behind the scenes at Arroyo might have them closer to MV than ever before still think they pull it off just by the name. But Mead, MV and EM are super close and I think Mead is the odd man out there with MV and EM being a toss up. I think Cal is going to surprise ppl and beat a few in DRL maybe even ER being one.
Correction:
Excuse me Rolled by Schurr last night 55-18
CalPreps caps victories at 29 points , there’s really no difference between beating a team by 29 and winning by 63 . Real Detached Observer would have known this
I’m sure your happy with the coaching genius that allowed SG to get rolled by Arroyo, thus prepping for D13 run again
What happened to Baldwin Park after all that noise? Alhambra a bit of a head scratcher also.
What happened? Haven’t heard
Yep, Alhambra’s rebuilding so furiously that when Sofi stadium called to inquire about hosting the Moors/Aztecs game, Bergstrom declined, forcing the stadium to settle for Warren/Downey.
All it shows is the new coach has no idea what’s going on with the new playoff format. There’s no reason to beat a team by 63. The new system discourages smart coaches from running up the score. Anticipate a 1st round exit for arroyo. Same with Schurr.
people complain about running up the score, yet don’t realize its the freshman team scoring on you !
#THEKINGDOM
“Arroyo running it up”
I missed the game but I assume that all the Arroyo points in 2nd half were scored by clean jerseys.
Arroyo doesn’t tell backups to not play hard.
[Arroyo 69 Gabby 6] This score proves that scheduling hard pre-season games pays off during league. This is why programs like Arroyo and Rosemead will always continue to have the upper hand on the rest of the MVL teams. Perfect example let’s find out what happens with the Rosemead vs Mtn. View score tomorrow. Rosemead at 0-5 had a harder pre-season schedule compared to Mtn. View’s 4-1 current schedule. Tim you picked Mtn. View, I understand why. This is the worst Rosemead team I’ve ever seen in decades, and this is a Mtn. View team that has positive momentum heading into league play in decades. Let’s see what happens…….
Here’s how I see the MVL playing out
1.) South El Monte
2.) Arroyo
3.) El Monte
4.) Rosemead
5.) Mtn. View
6.) Gabrielino
@Ron you think we have a chance to beat keppel that looking like our only potential win on the schedule
Going to be a long rebuilding year for us at Alhambra not sure how much better we will next year as we have a good amount of seniors on the team
Hoping for a speedy recovery to our OC at Alhambra
Typical MVL. Arroyo running it up on crappy teams.
Schurr 55 SG 18
Running clock all 4th quarter
Can’t wait to see how close Upland is able to play with Damien. Calpreps has the Spartans winning 26-21, and it’s reasonable to expect the game to be this close.
Montclair vs Covina
