The Lancers (1-7, 1-3) broke a 17-game losing streak as they kept the Stars (0-8, 0-4) winless Friday night at La Salle High.
Two scores in the third quarter were the key to the victory. Noah Ramirez returned an interception of quarterback Juan Flores 46 yards for a score, then Austin Wallace hit Josh Hall for a 33-yard passing score.
