Not a whole lot of movement as the heavyweights keep winning. Downey knocked La Mirada out of the mix and the Vikings moved in at number 10. Several League titles on the line this week. Rio Hondo Prep still looks like…well, Rio Hondo Prep.

2. Bonita (8-0) – The Bearcats biggest test so far is this Friday night at Charter Oak.
3. La Serna (7-1) – Lancers roll over Cerritos. They get Downey in Week 10.
4. Los Altos (8-0) – The Hacienda League championship is on the line Friday night at Baldwin Park.
5. Charter Oak (8-0) – Sierra League title and an unbeaten season on the line against Bonita.
6. Baldwin Park (7-1) – Can the Braves conquer their biggest obstacle?
7. Alta Loma (7-1) – Lions should run the Valle Vista League table.
8. Downey (5-3) – Vikings jump into the mix with a rout of La Mirada.
9. Rio Hondo Prep (6-2) – Same old Kares as they run roughshod over Viewpoint.
10. Nogales (8-0) – Nobles still unbeaten with two to go.
11. El Rancho (6-2) – Dons get Metro League showdown with Bell Gardens this week.
12. San Marino (8-0) – Titans survive close call over Burroughs.
