1. Steeler quarterback Ben Roethlisberger could be out several weeks.

2. The NFL said the 76-yard punt return by Denver’s Trindon Holiday against Carolina on Sunday should have been ruled a touchback not a touchdown.

3. The Bears’ Jay Cutler, the 49ers’ Alex Smith and the Eagles’ Michael Vick were all knocked out of Sunday’s games with concussions.

4. Philadelphia center Andrew Bynum could be out until early January.

5. First year Compton Centennial coach Russell Shaw played for the LA Avengers in the Arena Football League.

6. Mike D’Antoni is 388-339 (.534 winning percentage) and 26-29 in the playoffs in 10 seasons.

7. The last time San Dimas and San Marino squared off was November 17, 2011 when the Saints beat the Titans 31-21 at Citrus College in the first round of the CIF Mid-Valley Division playoffs.

8. The Angels’ Mike Trout wins Rookie of the Year.

9. San Marino’s Matt Wofford (149 yards) and Ryan Wood (147) combined for 296 yards rushing and four touchdowns in the Titans 42-7 playoff win over Schurr Friday night.

10. Former Schurr quarterback Aaron Cantu threw for 5957 yards and 55 touchdowns for East Los Angeles College in two years.
