The Chargers turned to free agency this off season to bolster their roster. They signed 11 free agents and some of them are expected to have a big impact. The draft is a good avenue as well to make a splash but the free agent market can provide some experienced players.

The Baldwin Park Braves hosted their annual passing league tournament on Saturday. Sherman Oaks Notre Dame beat Inglewood in the Championship game. Notre Dame beat Alta Loma and Inglewood knocked off Muir in the Semi-Finals. Here are a few images from the action.

The Dodgers reached the halfway point of the season in Colorado. Their 8-1 victory and the Tigers 3-0 loss to the A’s allowed the Dodgers to tie for the best record in baseball at the midway point of the season. Both teams won on Thursday and sit at 51-31 for the season. Read more »
