Condors Fly High in Opener

(Whittier) – A week prior to the start of the season, California had a less than stellar scrimmage against Southeast Division foe Paramount. Fast-forward to Thursday night’s season opener against Montebello, which saw an entirely different team out-play the Oilers 24-13.

Apaches Cruise 38-6

(Alhambra)  –  The Apaches scored 16-points in 48-seconds late in the first half to pull away from the host Moors. Arcadia scored on the ground, air and defensively during the time span to easily dispatch Alhambra 38-6.

St. Bernard 52 Hawkins 7 Final

(Playa Del Rey)- St. Bernard returned to action with style Thursday night with a 52-7 thrashing of Hawkins in the season opener for both schools.
