Playoffs start this week with brackets being announced on Monday.

Some teams will have some nervous times before the pairings are announced as they need to get some help from playoff committee.

All-Mid Valley team will be announced during the CIF Finals week.

The final poll will be announced the day after the CIF Finals conclude.

  1. La Canada (21-3) – Lauren O’Leary strikes out 17 in season finale against South Pasadena.
  2. Crescenta Valley (21-3) – Hannah Cookson’s freshman season is a preview of the next three-years.
  3. Bishop Amat (22-3) – Many say that Lancers are the deepest team heading into postseason.
  4. San Dimas (20-7) – Undefeated Valle Vista season has Saints thinking extended postseason run.
  5. Bonita (22-4) – Bearcats share league title with Diamond Bar but get top spot for playoff brackets.
  6. Whittier Christian (19-7) – Win over Valley Christian this week gives Heralds second spot in Olympic.
  7. La Serna (19-7) – Avenge early season loss to Cal and win Del Rio League title.
  8. Village Christian (16-10) – Madeline Velasquez finishes regular season with 41 hits.
  9. Burroughs (19-7) – Indians sweep season series from Burbank.
  10. Diamond Bar (15-9) – Dani Wilson shuts down high-powered West Covina offense.
  11. Mayfair (15-7) – Melissa Rivas is batting .479 for Monsoons.
  12. South Hills (17-7) – Two losses to Charter Oak sealed Huskies Sierra League fate.
  13. Arroyo (16-6) – Paige Medina leads Lady Knights offense with five homers.
  14. Northview (17-9-1) – Vikings secure second place in Valle Vista.
  15. Duarte (19-3) – Ashley Erhardt helps Falcons to top spot in Montview.
  16. Schurr (18-9) – Spartans finish on six-game winning streak to take Almont title.
  17. West Covina (17-8) – No offensive outburst against Diamond Bar.
  18. Valley Christian (12-12) – Drop two straight prior to playoffs.
  19. Keppel (14-7) – Aztecs ready for tough Division 5 playoff bracket.
  20. La Mirada (16-11) – Rochelle Sablay can do damage with the bat.
  21. Los Altos (14-7) – Could prove formidable for top seed in opening round of playoffs.
  22. San Marino (13-8) – Titans seem to be heading in wrong direction at the wrong time.
  23. Azusa (15-7-1) – Aztecs finish season off strongly.
  24. Cerritos (17-6) – Dons heading to the postseason on the upswing.
  25. Covina (13-11-1) – Megan Troutman and Candice Orozco add some “pop” in Colts lineup.
