Bryant Decides on Penn

Monrovia wide receiver Mason Bryant has decided to play his college football for Ivy League champion Penn (University of Pennsylvania) this fall.

Bryant, who joined the Monrovia Wildcats varsity in 2009 as a freshman and then went on to play on three consecutive CIF championship teams, has committed to the University of Pennsylvania.

After being pursued by numerous colleges and several recruiting trips, including Harvard and Columbia, the All CIF/ALL MVS performer has decided that Penn was best for him.

The success of the program, the presence of the Wharton business school, and that the school itself is ranked among the top eight in the nation were the deciding factors according to his father, M-Town alum, Kennedy Bryant.
