At USC , 96-19 overall record. 62-14 in Pac 10. 6-2 in Bowl games. 3 Heisman trophy winners in 4 years. The icing on the cake is a Superbowl ring with Seattle. Yea, he’s a terrible Coach.
Reggie Bush got paid by an agent to leave USC, Reggie Bush got paid by the agent with hopes that when he signed his NFL contract he would be able to get a % of the earnings. When Reggie Bush refused to sign with the agent he decided to try to ruin Reggie and dragged usc through the mud, till this day no one has ever been able to prove that Reggie was paid to come to USC. Yes Pete Carroll was awesome, if the CFP was around during the Pc era he would’ve had min 4 nattys with USC.
Carroll never any good? Won a national championship in college and a SuperBowl. The Bush stuff, with everybody getting paid, is now the rule. Don’t tell me other college coaches weren’t doing exactly what Pete was; he just got caught, and now you’re saying he was the only offender.
Carroll was never good, take a good look at his past. All the Bush fiasco, you Old and older should know what problem he was at USC. No I don’t agree that he is tainting his horrible record or rep.
Nice to see LeBron finally earning his paycheck, but the Lakers aren’t going to be great anytime soon with the Geriatric approach. Speaking of Old, what a shame for Pete Carroll to taint his great past with this untidy Raiders gig. A guy has to know when it’s over, and for these two, the bell rang several years ago.
