Well truth is ” El monte beat SEM winning the league championship’! CIF board members I believe are very academically talented yet very little of talent athletically . EM has their very very good season (i suggest one more playoff win and I call their season a great season! Not claiming i suggest stuff better than anyone else) and loses a close one in second round! SEM wins the CIF Championship! ??? What is that??
@ Anonymous: As it turns out, I didn’t undergo a name change; I can honestly say that “Sanity” is a completely different guy.
The CIF Southern Section’s system for football is greatly in need of change, and changes will abound starting next year. However, I’m happy for all the players who got to participate in the 2025 postseason, regardless of what division they competed in. Above all, high school sports should be about them.
Where’s the BP wrap up? Maxie gonna be mad.
Did Ron change his name? Yes there are way to many divisions, but these are kids living the best times of their lives. Why take it away from them? They would not be able to play or let alone attend most of those d-1 or d-2 schools. Let them enjoy their moment
All this will be totally different next season so enjoy it while you can. The second best part of the post season is upon us. The resignations and firings.
Haters gonna hate my boy.
@Sanity
All this crying. I’m guessing your team didn’t even make it to one of these “charity” finals.
The kids that made it to the finals are happy.
They really don’t give a rat’s patutie how outsiders feel about game
Glad to see the Mid yielding to reality here by putting that shocking D1 score front and center. Carson Palmer’s club won a thing worthy of being called a championship; the double digit programs engaged in a CIF charity among teams that couldn’t even win league.
