The Rio-Pacific Conference for football is set to go but already there are scheduling changes that need to be made. Marshall (Pasadena) is slated to be in the Crest League of the Conference and the school just announced this week that they are dropping the football program for this season.

[Baldwin Park] – I sat down with new Baldwin Park quarterback Lequand “Jack Jack” Jackson who is coming over from Upland after having a solid season with 1,913 yards, 18 touchdowns and only four interceptions.

The Rams traded backup center Geoff Reece, a third-round pick out of Washington State in 1975, along with a 1977 second-round pick (#51 overall), to the Seattle Seahawks for the 31st pick in the ’77 draft.
