La Puente’s Mark DeLaCruz and Alan Florez Hall of Famers

[La Puente] La Puente High School alums and brothers Mark DeLaCruz and Alan Florez were inducted into the International Kickboxing Association (IKBA) Hall of Fame last Saturday.
 
DeLaCruz, 38 is a mutiple time heavyweight champion and is now head trainer and co-owner with his brother of Team Florez Muay Thai in La Puente.
 
Florez, 27 is also a mutiple time Muay Thai and Kickboxing champion and a pro boxer. He made a name for himself fighting all comers and has fought all over the world from Russia, Canada, to Mexico.
 
Alan “Non Stop” Florez is on his way back looking to add more belts to his collection, maybe even a stint in MMA could be possible in the near future.
 
“It was a surprise, we didn’t even know we were getting inducted.” said DeLaCruz. “It felt like I was on top of the world.”

    How come they claim pro boxers and not on boxrec? What titles? La Puente city champs? Also ifka is Am’s don’t lie guys.
