The Matadors (3-4, 2-0) had little trouble in keeping the Aztecs (2-5, 0-2) winless in the Almont League Friday Night at Aztec Field.
Despite being down 21-0 at halftime, Aztecs quarterback Tyler Takeshita rallied to keep the Aztecs in the game, hitting Nathan May for two scores, a 40-yard strike and a seven-yard score.
