(La Verne) – Bonita was knocked out of the CIF Division Baseball Division 2 Semi Finals Tuesday falling to Thousand Oaks 10-3 at home.
Max Muncy (yes, his real name) belted a three-run home run in the sixth inning for Thousand Oaks to make it 8-3 and effectively put the game away. The Bearcats led as late as the fifth inning 3-2 before Thousand Oaks caught fire over the final three frames.
Bonita finished the season 17-6 overall.
