  1. The Rams drafted five players on defense, four on offense, and a kicker in the 2024 draft. 
  2. The Chargers selected five players on offense and four on defense in the NFL draft. 
  3. The Chargers drafted USC receiver Brenden Rice, son of Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice, in the seventh round. 
  4. Former Muir/USC star defensive back, Calen Bullock, was drafted by the Houston Texans in the third round of the NFL draft. 
  5. The Clippers beat the Dallas Mavericks 111-106 Sunday to even the Western Conference first round playoff series at 2-2. 
  6. The Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets 119-108 Saturday night in Game 4 of the Western Conference playoff series. The Nuggets still lead the series 3-1. 
  7. Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell was wounded in a shooting in Sanford, Florida early Sunday morning. 
  8. The Atlanta Falcons selected Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. with the eighth overall pick in the NFL draft despite signing quarterback Kirk Cousins to a four-year, $180 million contract last month.
  9. Colorado’s leading rusher from last year, Dylan Edwards, is transferring to Kansas State. 
  10. The LA Kings lost to the Edmonton Oilers 1-0 Sunday night to fall behind 3 games to 1 in their first round Western Conference Playoff series.
