Since Sean McVay and Les Snead came together in 2017 they have made 19 selections in the first 100 picks of the NFL Draft.
History shows that if McSnead can trade back and acquire another pick in the first 100 it would be a good thing.
We list them as Hits, Busts, Ties.

Just because a player wasn’t given a second contract doesn’t mean they were a miss. Taylor Rapp and Gerald Everett continue to play in the NFL.
Cam Akers was a struggle because he contributed when he played, but was set back by the Achilles injury. He’s my tie.
Darrell Henderson gets overlooked, but in both 2020 and 2021 he rushed for over 600 yards…and he was a key contributor in Super Bowl 56.
We welcome your thoughts.
Not a huge fan of Noteboom but I wouldnt call him a bust.🤔
Joe T.: That second contract…if he had left…probably not…but his performance since getting the dough forced me to drop him.
