Low Profile: I agree and I think (not claiming to be fully correct) CIF Board and those decision makers have no idea of ‘very competitive high school sports/athletes and how being competitive improves self esteem, leadership , team work and helps most athletes become a successful adult

Just want to point out that the organizer is limiting ticket sales to 4000 between both schools.

@? It definitely sucks now that HS ratings is now a paid service and CalPreps is no more . This destroys any transparency that CIF may have had in creating divisions , and HS ratings now just part of the corporate monolith. You don’t get much viewing for the lower tier ( 5 pages ! Are you kidding me )

    Too bad

As Cal Preps is gone we will depend on the Mid for SoCal scores. Maybe expanding your coverage only for scores.

It won’t be long before bitter bald old men post on message boards upset that groups of high school kids get to play in an nfl stadium.

It won’t be long until everyone has played at SoFi, which diminishes the glamour of doing so. I believe the most lasting memory of the H.S. teams that visit the place will be how EMPTY it was, and how expensive the outing was. We’re living in a time of make-believe, and I suppose there are those among us who will claim it’s worth any price to help our kids pretend they are professional ballers for one night.
