Damien answering every question so far. What Division will the Spartans be in? Muir won’t lose the rest of the regular season and Rio Hondo Prep looking to go 10-0. Monrovia and La Canada headed for a collision in the Rio Hondo. So far so good for Los Altos.

  1. Damien (5-0) – Spartans get a Bye and then their toughest test – Rancho Cucamonga.
  2. Downey (4-1) – Nice bounce back for Vikings in win over Inglewood.
  3. Charter Oak (3-1) – Chargers took the week off; They get Jordan this week.
  4. Muir (3-1) – Mustangs will run the Pacific League table.
  5. Bishop Amat (3-2) – Good win for Lancers at Upland.
  6. Northview (4-1) – Vikes take care of Covina.
  7. Rio Hondo Prep (5-0) – Kares made quick work of Bellflower.
  8. Bonita (2-3, 3-2 on field) – Bearcats had to gut it out in win over Schurr.
  9. La Serna (2-3) – Lancers get one more test this week against Edison before Del Rio run.
  10. La Canada (5-0) – Spartans look great on Paper.
  11. Monrovia (5-0) – Jesse Saucedo, Byron Bell and Troy Grise igniting M-Town’s offense.
  12. Los Altos (4-0) – Undefeated Conquerors break through with rout of Gahr.

Well, yeah, I have a relative on the team and he can’t wait to leave lmao. The nepotism and politics of La Serna are eating them from the inside-out. Along with some questionable coaching additions but I don’t want to hurt your feelings too much here.

Are your fingers so big that they can’t hit a single key on the keyboard without accidentally hitting a ‘ or random ” ??!*

And running through the DRL doesn’t mean squat everyone is down, including LS!

Anonymous is now following la serna and you must be going to all their games to know so much about them right/? ” unless one of the other league teams is holding something back’? As if one of them is holding back what

3 and out? lS division 8? will you describe your thinking ls will be dropped that low in divisions? Even after they have kicked butt in previous seasons? What division was la serna in the last two or three years? I cannot see them being dropped that low because they are not the club they have been lately. Now i know cif board is full of feces how they screwed up placing teams in divisions so terrible teams can get a trophy like in little league. Same bs in baseball playoffs too.

La Serna has been struggling with numerous injuries to key players. They are extremely fortunate that they are always 3 deep and just plug another body in. They aren’t the monster they were the last few years, but they are still a good team who will likely run through the Del Rio unless one of the other teams is holding something back.

@LP, Monrovia won’t lose a 3rd year in a row to SP. SP doesn’t have the lines this year. Their best line guys graduated in June. Their lines have half the number of big guys they had the last 3 or 4 years. Their pass defense is pretty suspect. I think Saucedo will light them up. The game in the Rio should be LC vs Monrovia.

@3 They won’t be in same division , especially if Monrovia loses game or two Tonya Canada or South Pasadena as they’ve been prone to do

La Serna D6 at lowest Monrovia D8 highest possible

Your ratings should be based on what teams are doing in 2025 not 2024. Bonita -La Serna have earned zip. One stinks the other violated the rules.

monrovia has some dudes i smell a playoff match up in division 8-9 coming vs La Serna
LS has been really bad and not much coming from that QB and his corner …. somethings not adding up. La Serna makes a CIF Run in D8

Is this a down year for LS or did something else happen? I swear they can’t get anything going on offense. It could be because of injuries but yikes do they look awful against similar to better talent than them. Defense has always been solid but they couldn’t tackle anyone last week either.

I have to wholeheartedly agree, La Serna would beat Monrovia handedly. Also, the 1 sentence write-up should read: La Serna (2-3) – Lancers get one [last] test this week against Edison before Del Rio cake-walk.

Yes La Serna would beat Monrovia pretty easily . Monrovia has stacked City Section schools , it’s all about strength of schedule

Casagran would never play the type of competition that La Serna does , and Rio Hondo not much better than Del Rio

La Serna? Well then, where is St Paul? Where is Saint Francis? Monrovia beats LaSerna by three touchdowns.
From T. Peterson: St. Paul and St. Francis are a combined 0-9. Kind of hard to put them in the Top 12. La Serna would beat Monrovia.
