(Norwalk) – Norwalk running back Elijhaa Penny has narrowed down his choice of colleges to two.
“Most likely it’s UNLV or Colorado,” said Norwalk Coach Jesse Ceniceros Tuesday.
Penny, who has also been recruited by PAC 10 schools Washington and USC, verballed to UNLV but Colorado is still in the running Ceniceros said.
Penny rushed for 1895 yards and 18 touchdowns in the 2010 season. He averaged over nine yards a carry and 172 yards per game.
Penny likes to run over people but showed the ability to run by defenders as well. The 6’2”, 245 pound back is expected to make his decision soon.
