(Alhambra) – Kirk Olescyski, who spent last year coaching the freshman at Citrus Valley High School in Redlands, has been named the Offensive Coordinator at Mark Keppel.
Olescyski will join Head Coach Bobby Madrid’s staff as the Aztecs try to improve on a 1-9 season in 2010.
Olescyski’s offense will feature quarterback Tyler Takeshita, the projected starter who will be a junior in the fall. Takeshita has been working with former Florida State and Bishop Amat quarterback Chris Rix in the off season.
